, ,The Senior Manager of Data & Analytics at Envisionit will play a strategic role, bridging the gap between complex data analytics and effective marketing strategies for top fintech, CPG and destination brands. Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, this business-minded team player will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design & delivery of program data, measurement and testing strategies, and oversee the technology & dashboard needs required for program enablement. This role will work with internal creative, account, strategy and media team stakeholders and external clients to share data-driven insights that propel marketing initiatives, fuel business growth and make marketing investment decisioning easy.

Business & marketing technology acumen, data analysis and interpersonal skills are all needed to thrive in this executive-facing position.
Key Responsibilities

Foster relationships with senior stakeholders, inform business strategies, and provide regular performance metric reports of marketing campaigns

Champion innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and integrating new methodologies, tools, and approaches to deliver business results

Design and implement advanced analysis and testing methods, such as geo lift, A/B split, MVT testing, and other incremental experimentation to optimize marketing strategy execution

Analyze and interpret data across multiple marketing channels to provide critical insights for decision-making

Utilizes customer segmentation, marketing optimization, propensity modeling, churn analysis, customer lifetime value analysis and customer journey analytics to refine and sharpen our marketing campaigns

Craft visual narratives to share insights and tell stories backed by data, statistics and making them accessible for different audiences

Leads campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, ensuring clients receive clear and actionable recommendations

Develops and implements conceptual data frameworks to enable measurement strategies across project lifecycles
Qualifications
-
A four-year degree with expertise in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other related fields

5 - 10 years in a data science/analytics role within marketing technology or advertising companies

Expertise in technologies such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager, DSPs, ESPs, Social Media platforms, Google and Bing Ads, Salesforce, Hubspot, call analytics and other MarTech platforms & tooling

Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization, predictive modeling, customer segmentation, marketing automation, and web analytics

Experience with modern statistical learning methods, including regression techniques, and classification models

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

A highly collaborative, proactive, resourceful and lean-in mindset
